Set the tee at chest height. You must keep your hands HIGH and chop down slightly to hit a line drive. If you drop your hands (dip), you will pop this ball straight up.

Swing hard and FREEZE. Look at your bat. Is it pointing at the pitcher? Are your arms making a perfect "V"? If you are wrapped around your shoulder, you failed the rep.

Get your rhythm: Back foot crosses behind -> Front foot strides out -> Hips fire! You are building a running start to destroy the ball. Don't stop moving! Once you feel comfortable, speed it up to generate more power!
